Returns and Refunds Policy

To request a return, please send an email to support@techlifecentres.com with a detailed reason for your return, including photographs or a video of the product. After review, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and return address if approved.

We recommend using a trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receiving and examining your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A receipt for the refund will be sent to your original purchase email address.

Returns

To begin initiating a return, within 90 calendar days of delivery, reach out to our Quality Assurance team at support@techlifecentres.com. We will determine your eligibility based on the criteria below. If you are eligible, we ask that you ship our product(s) back to one of our available warehouses (will be provided to you). We simply ask for you to cover the shipping costs and provide a tracking number when it is available. Once we receive your return, our team will quickly inspect it to confirm criteria and immediately process your refund sent back to your original payment method (usually takes 1-3 business days).

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return the new, unopened items to us within 90 calendar days of delivery. Due to the sanitary nature of some of our self-applied devices we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any used cuppers or Enhancer Kits if there is a change of mind on purchase. For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All items on sale are final; we are not able to provide our low prices while also providing change-of-mind refunds during our sales. We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for the designated return process). A photo or video of the item(s) might be requested and must be supplied before the refund process starts. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is late or missing, please:

Check your bank account. Contact your credit card company (note: there may be some time before your refund is officially posted). Contact your bank (note: there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted). We issue refunds as soon as your request is approved, but some credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process and post the refund. If you've taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within 7-15 days or 10-20 days, depending on your chosen shipping method (this excludes processing time). If your order hasn't arrived within these times, please email our support team at support@techlifecentres.com. This policy does not cover errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed deliveries.

Tracking

We will email tracking numbers to customers as soon as they become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before the order is processed, but cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. Orders cancelled before processing or shipping are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and credit card company charges.

Invalid Reasons for Refunds

We do not issue refunds because a buyer no longer wants the items or finds them cheaper elsewhere. When submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with us to purchase all items in the order.

Exchanges

We do not accommodate exchanges. All sales are final.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a customer changes their mind after placing an order. Please ensure you are ready to commit to your purchase before submitting an order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty or damaged, or the incorrect item was sent, contact us with details and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number and return address.

Never Arrived

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact our support team at support@techlifecentres.com. If the order cannot be located, we will consider issuing a refund.

Product Condition for Returns

We only accept returns for products that are in the same condition as when they were received. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition is not eligible for a return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available to receive the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
